In the Waipahu area, decided to pick up some roast duck, and roast pork for dinner Upon entering the establishment I was cordially greeted by three Filipino workers. Humm Chinese restaurant with Filipino workers. Well I've been here before so I hoped the food taste the same. I was talked into buying a whole and not a half roast duck. Glad she talked me into buying the whole duck. The taste was the same as I remembered. Same with the roast pork. The interior is clean but you have a cluttered fell. There are no dine in.

Food was bomb. BUT! Be prepared to be sold into other stuff you didn't come in for. I was swindled into buying way more than what I wanted but I was disappointed either. Everything was yummy and fresh.
Had to raise back my rating. My last visit I had talked about the rice smelling bad... this time no issue. Hopefully my last visit will be the only time I had bad rice from here. As stated in all my updates here... their breakfast is where it's at. $6 for fried rice, Mac salad, 2 eggs, spam, bacon and Portuguese sausage. Can't go wrong. On top of that they usually have fried gougee, rice cake, pork hash and all kinds of other things ready as well. $20 got me a breakfast plate 6 pork hash and gougee. The owner is always cool and the workers are nice but sometimes they can be pushy to get you to order more. If you can resist ordering more than what you came for then just tell them no... unfortunately I can't resist haha. I always end up getting me some pork hash and gougee, sometimes rice cake as well. Oh and if you go for breakfast, it's $6 before 10am so get there before 10 for the best deal.
First I was greeted with smiles from all the ladies that work there behind the counter. Very welcoming and helped me with what I wanted. I got the char siu and it was delicious. The uncle asked and helped me to get something else and I got the roast pork which was the bomb. Never been here and the guy spoke to me like he's my uncle very nice and kind. He let me sample the food before paying which I found interesting but he puts his heart into his food could tell because he wasn't afraid for my feedback which was nothing but 5 stars. It's a hidden gem that's has all the foods you're looking for.i went to Honolulu Kitchen and that place had nothing at 2pm and they close at 6pm. I will be back!
